Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website (lyramoontools.netlify.app, the "Site"), which is run by Lyra Moon. We've kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address, only if you choose to unlock unlimited searches. It is sent over an encrypted connection to our email service, MailerLite, and we use it to send you occasional emails from Lyra Moon. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- What you type into the AI symptom boxes. That text is sent to Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI, so it can generate suggestions. Our Site does not save it. Please don't enter names or other personal details. Anthropic handles that text under its own privacy policy.
- Condition searches, Constitutional Analysis quick matches and quiz answers. These run in your own browser. We don't receive them.
- Basic visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate numbers such as pages viewed, country, device type and where visitors came from. According to Cloudflare, it is designed to measure traffic without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Netlify, receives your IP address and basic request details whenever you load the Site. We also use it to limit repeated requests to the AI and email features, which prevents abuse.
- Fonts. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Information kept on your device
Your browser stores a small search counter (for the 3 free searches) and, if you unlock unlimited searches, a note that you did. On the home page it also remembers if you closed the Fall & Winter banner. This stays in your browser, not on our servers. We don't use advertising cookies.
Shop links
Some remedy names link to Homeopathic Remedies Online, an independent online shop. If you click one, you leave our Site: that shop, not us, may use cookies and collect information under its own privacy notice. We don't earn a commission on these links, and we don't receive your name, account or payment details.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (MailerLite, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Netlify, Google Fonts, and the shop we link to if you click one of its links) and if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have your email address deleted, write to cosmicblueprint111@gmail.com.
- Clear your browser's site data to reset the search counter and the unlock note.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reputable providers and encrypted connections, but no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
